You’re not in this alone. We’ve answered the most common questions so you can feel clear, confident, and ready to train.
What equipment is required for the membership?
If you are training in the gym, you will need access to dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, stability balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, and cable machines.
If you are training at home, you will need dumbbells or kettlebells, a stability ball, a resistance band, and bench or chair.
Is this only for ballet dancers?
Not at all! The TBB App is designed for:
Ballet dancers
Contemporary dancers
Modern dancers
Hip hop dancers
Folk dancers
Irish dancers
Baton twirlers
Swing dancers
Aerial dancers

How often does the training split change?
New training challenges will be unlocked monthly. It is crucial to follow a training split consistently to see muscle adaptation to make progress. You are more than welcome to repeat a monthly challenge more than once if you'd like to maintain an 8 or 12 week training split.
How long does the average training session take?
Training sessions last approximately one hour including a warmup and cool down. Express workouts that can be completed in less time are coming soon.
