This is purely for YOU to have the “before” data point and accountability. TURN LIKE AN ATHLETE is a focused training block designed to help you build stronger, more controlled, and consistent turns.
We’re not chasing more turns by doing more turns.
We’re building the foundation that makes more turns inevitable.
What we’re training:
Deep core strength (for control, not gripping)
Scapular + upper body control (for clean placement and stability)
Supporting leg strength (for a higher, more stable relevé)
Lower body power + control (for push-off and deceleration)
Full-body coordination
This is about turning like an athlete, not relying on momentum or luck.
Focus
Increasing consecutive turns
Improving consistency across attempts
Building control from plié → relevé → finish
Making your turns feel lighter, sharper, and repeatable
Weekly structure (flexible by design)
You’ll have 5 training days per week, but you do not need to do all five.
Choose the days you want to prioritize (always feel free to ask in the community based on your goals)
Other days build the strength + stability behind them
Even 2–3 intentional days per week will move the needle

Week of April 13: Baseline
Share a video of your turns (pirouettes, fouettés, piques, etc.) to track progress

Week of April 27: Awareness

Week of May 11: Effort Audit
