It’s time to step into your strongest performance season yet with the STAGE READY 8-Week Challenge.

This block is all about training smarter, not harder. We’ll focus on maintenance over exertion through:

  • Lower volume + essential lifts

  • Stamina work that keeps you strong (not burnt out)

  • Fueling + recovery for peak performance

  • Guided visualizations to ground your mindset before you hit the stage

Every other week, I’ll post a specific check-in thread for you to share your progress. Each response counts as an entry.

  • Week of Nov. 10: Time for bravery!! Share a video of your skill in action. Remember, no judgement here just support. 🖤

Your Training Streak now tracks how consistently you’re showing up for your plan: whether that’s 2, 3, or 5 sessions per week.

Every completed workout or video watched adds to your streak and keeps your momentum alive.

Rest days are part of the plan; progress here means showing up when you said you would, not grinding to burnout.

As with any new feature, there might be a few glitches as we roll this out. If something doesn’t look right or you’re unsure how it’s tracking, just drop a comment below or email/dm me and I’ll make sure you’re sorted. 🤍 So excited for this!!

Bump the weight but go for 4-6 reps instead of 8, then build up from there! Also, having a spotter helps a ton🙌
