For me what’s been working is planning my week out and adjusting my schedules accordingly. I set daily reminders for myself and make sure to check off muscle groups that I’ve worked on. That’s actually been very useful for me!

It was so hard to choose! Loving it all!

Absolutely feeling more momentum now that I have a better routine with my workouts. Now, I need to focus on adequate nutrition.
