Here's my Devant😬😂 a little embarrassing but its my bad leg and this is what I really want to work on as well as a la seconde and arabesque but mainly devant. Very excited to see the improvement!!

I love your outlook! Your progress may look different after a break but that doesn't mean it's bad because your body needed that rest and recovery 💜

My biggest takeaway has been realizing that I haven't been training hard enough in my lifts so I've been really trying to push myself💪 and then resting and recovering even harder because thats just as important 😊😊

The thing thats really been working for for me especially after winter break has definitely been my morning routine! Wake up, pre workout fuel, workout, post workout fuel, go to class/rehearsal. Im starting to feel a beautiful flow inside and outside the studio🩰 also getting better at getting to sleep at a consistent time every night🌙
