Consistency! Even tho the past two weeks have been crazy busy, I’ve been getting my workouts in. I did three the first week and two last week. This week is gonna be even crazier but even if I can just get in one workout that will be a win in my book

Wings (the tap step)!!! Literally one of my goals for the YEAR has been getting solid pullbacks and wings in tap. I took a lot of tap this winter and spring, but the past few months I’ve been focusing on other areas of my training (and life lol) so in these last few months of the year I really want to dedicate myself to this goal 💪🏼
