The actual height of the leg changes a lot day to day (which totally makes sense of course). I originally took “after” pictures yesterday, but my legs were literally the same height as my “before” pictures. Then I took these “after” pictures today and they were much higher ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ a great reminder that progress isn’t linear!
I think my biggest takeaway from this split is the feeling—my extensions feel MUCH more “effortless.” I haven’t been able to take class very much since I’m still on the road, but when I have I’ve noticed a huge difference in the feeling, so I’m really excited about that. This was the most consistent I’ve been with my cross training so far, so I’m feeling very proud and can’t wait for the next split 👀

I’m feeling so much more secure and stable in my retiré relevé balance at the barre, like my core and my supporting leg feel rock solid 😊
