Random question but would it be possible to release the challenge on Sundays for a Monday start in the future? I usually hit the gym around 530, so it can be a bit tough to get familiar with a new routine on the spot. I also like mapping out my week on Sundays—maybe I’m not the only one who overly organize things 😅

I didn't manage to take an after picture yet but like the other ladies mentioned "effortless" is spot on. I feel that it's a tiny bit higher but much much easier to get there 💪

I can hold my balances much longer! Hooray! My second extension is getting better at the barre and in center (slowly but surely 😅), my front one though...

My extensions feel more effortless when I stop pulling back and focus on my core. Going to the gym has definitely helped my strength but also my flexibility!

Definitely feeling more my hip flexors and glute, overall my hips feel more open :) slowly getting there!

Here is my baseline 🙄 fairly equal on both side but always struggled with side and front... Hopping to see some extension results in addition to the other many benefits I get from going to the gym 4/5 times a week for months now! Thanks for helping with the motivation and consistency!
