I AM loving this split tho!

My pirouettes tend to fluctuate over the course of the month ♦️ and this week usually aligns with strong, more consistent pirouettes and that has been the case so far. I'll have to see how things progress after the week - when confidence is up, turns are usually better 🤭

Now that this question has been asked, I'm more aware of just how much improvement has happened over the past month with my extensions. Overall, I'm moving a LOT more smoothly into my biggest expression of developes. At my age, I'm not sure the actual height is getting any higher 🤭 but efficiency and fullest expressions of poses are feeling a lot stronger.

Adagio is definitely feeling more centered/balanced and overall much stronger - even moreso than before (not usually something I struggled with). I think I'm finding the mobility day lost helpful because that's not usually something incorporate into my training. I actually think I'm TRUSTING my pirouettes more - maybe it's the supporting leg stability day!? 💪

I'm just getting started (with a performance the week of this new split followed by vacation, I'm a little behind). 🤷 So far so good. I do have a question about the pancake split - insight as to what we should be feeling? Mainly a stretch? Strengthening somewhere? Maybe I'm not sure what to be engaging/initiating with?
