My extensions feel more effortless when I stop gripping my quads and abs and focus on my lower leg stability as an anchor and lift myself up

Happy birthday !!! 🥳🥳🥳 I hope you have a wonderful year

Ironically adagio is the one where I'm the worst but the one I picked cause I find it soo beatiful and it's really relaxing to do. And contrary to jumps and turns, at least for me, you can practice it for hours on end just in flow state

The Barbell Ballerina I did... 😬 sadly I didn't receive anything

Ooh thank you so much !! 🥹. What sould I do now ?

Hii, is your place hilly ? I'm curious sorry but because my surrondings are really hilly especially to come back from the gym and I'm scared it'll make me even more tired ! And at the end of a workout going up 1k of hill is quite the last thing I wanna do 😅. Would you recommend still walking back in that case ? Or have you had a similar experience in the past ? Thank you so much for your thoughts on this 🙏🙏

Personnally I've set more regular alarms and dedined a mirning routine, and it really helped with my mood and overall mental health. I figured at wich hour I could go to sleep max so I could sleep at the same time every day, and so wake up at the same hour everyday. I leart it in my med classes that the mist efficient for sleep effeciency is to *wake up* at the same time everyday. It's definitly not perfect but definitly better than in the first semester.

Then I make sure to go outside, I have the chance to have a garden but a balcony works perfectly fine, for 10min ideally but if not then 5' within the first 30' of my day, to really help my body wake up totally. It really makes me feel better for the whole day

Hii ! If anyone knows, during back extensions, are we supposed to go as high/back as possible when we go up or should we stop when we reach being parrallel to the floor please ? Hope it makes sense. Thanks :)

The first goal is to come back strong from my quadruple tendinitis (both knees and ankles), I just had a month off and now I have to come back to training progressively to not fall back. I'll tray to be more consistent with the gym, and I already stabilised my sleep wich will help me go to the gym before my ballets classes.

Endo goal is to nail my april auditions ! So stressed yet so excited to try to get into my dream schools
