Personnally I've set more regular alarms and dedined a mirning routine, and it really helped with my mood and overall mental health. I figured at wich hour I could go to sleep max so I could sleep at the same time every day, and so wake up at the same hour everyday. I leart it in my med classes that the mist efficient for sleep effeciency is to *wake up* at the same time everyday. It's definitly not perfect but definitly better than in the first semester.
Then I make sure to go outside, I have the chance to have a garden but a balcony works perfectly fine, for 10min ideally but if not then 5' within the first 30' of my day, to really help my body wake up totally. It really makes me feel better for the whole day

Hii, is your place hilly ? I'm curious sorry but because my surrondings are really hilly especially to come back from the gym and I'm scared it'll make me even more tired ! And at the end of a workout going up 1k of hill is quite the last thing I wanna do 😅. Would you recommend still walking back in that case ? Or have you had a similar experience in the past ? Thank you so much for your thoughts on this 🙏🙏
