Roxanne Grosshans flexibility is part of it yes, but also power to give you max airtime to be able to *show the flexibility you’ve worked for. I would prioritize the jumps and lower push days for sure!

Bump the weight but go for 4-6 reps instead of 8, then build up from there! Also, having a spotter helps a ton🙌
