WINTER RESET is your bridge between performance season and the New Year.đ
This training block is designed to help you reset after a demanding season, rebuild strength, and set the foundation for whatâs next.
The focus is on intentional winter training, including:
Strength and conditioning work that supports rebuilding and longevity
Foundational lifts, core and stability to reinforce strong movement patterns
Fueling, mindset and recovery habits that keep you consistent through winter
This is about slowing down with purpose so you can speed up when it counts, heading into the New Year, audition season, or your next training phase feeling solid, confident, and ready to build.

â ITâS HAPPENING: The Barbell Ballerina Performance Lab
Our first-ever live coaching session inside the app is happening next Wednesday at 4 PM CST.
This new monthly space is where you can get real-time support on whatever youâre working on: programming, form, injuries, performance prep, or anything you want clarity on.
