I didn’t went a lot to the gym this month, first had holidays, then started the gym again, but then went to see my nieces and after that got pretty sick 🫠 I had to struggle a lot then with body image issues, feeling I didn’t train enough and having the feeling I get fat. So I think my biggest takeaway is: it is ok to have moments when you do less because of different reasons, don’t fear to rest and think you’ll lose everything, you will eventually go back to it. Training is not a straight line 😊

I hope you can heal properly soon and go back to your dancing soon 💐🌸 stay strong and don’t be too discouraged, take that time to rest your body, I know how frustrating it can be when it lasts longer then expected
