Will the replay be available in the app or do we need to register to receive the replay? I’d love to take part, but it will be too late where I am for the live event. Can’t wait to watch!

My stamina has definitely had a slight increase and I feel like my core has definitely gotten stronger in a way where I don’t have to consciously think about engaging it in turns!
