****Specifically, the weighted releves as I feel that it has increased the mobility/range of my toes*** I often struggle to get to my highest releve because it feels like my big toe will only bend so far without locking.

Rough start to the challenge just because I had a minor injury. From what I’ve done thus far, I’m really enjoying the supporting leg exercise exercises. Specifically the weighted relies as I feel that it’s eight the mobility of my releve :)

It’s soo small, but can you guys see the difference? I can. I also feel a lot more supported. I can only imagine the difference that would’ve been made if I was able to train five days instead of three.

I’m very excited about the progress and hoping that I will be able to keep up with some of these exercises post-challenge:)

I’d say that my supporting leg stability has increased a lot. I will Admit that life kind of has made my training a little bit inconsistent lately so I’m not quite where I would want to be, but I’m hoping that I’ll be able to incorporate some of this even in the next training block fingers crossed 🥹

Happy belated birthday 🎉

My extensions feel more effortless when I stop focusing solely on getting my knee higher and instead focusing on the strength/ opposition in my standing leg :)

I struggle with side extensions the most so I really aim to build strength there while maintaining turnout. I’d also love to see the strength that I build translate to grande pirouettes. For both ballet and contemporary :)

My goal is to get five workouts a week, but if I couldn’t and I had to focus on just three, which three would you recommend?
