Today is have core + stamina on the schedule. It's a later workout (timing wise) than normal but I wanna get something in. We open on Saturday! 🤩

No costumes dancing yet because we open this weekend, but I'm incredibly excited to perform Little Italy (for The Maryland Nutcracker). It's the divertissement commonly known as Mother Ginger and think, Tarantella meets Donizetti (as far as jumps, turns, and stamina required)! 💚🤍🦀
