My extensions feel more effortless when I stop worrying about extending through attitude, and instead focus on lifting the knee.

Real talk, this split has been kicking my butt. The first 2 weeks I felt great, and then I got the stomach flu. As soon as I started trying to dance and lift again, I got a nasty head cold. I have to keep reminding myself that the most important thing is to consistently show up for yourself every day, and sometimes that means pushing yourself to your limits, and sometimes that means intentional rest and self-care.

I've really started feeling my obliques in my a la seconde extensions. I also feel like I'm more easily able to feel my glutes in ny arabesque so far. This split has been so much fun, I've managed to do all 5 days the past 2 weeks so I'm hoping to maintain that going forward!

Ari Morrison My hips are sore in a way I've never felt after doing day 2 yesterday. I think I've discovered new muscles 😅🤣

Here's what we're working with! I'd so much rather focus on a la seconde or arabesque but deep down I know I need work on devant 😅
