I had some injuries all of Nutcracker season and even though I knew needed to rest them, I was so scared of resetting my progress. I came back to dance and working out slowly and I'm happy to report I'm almost back to the same shape I was in prior to the break minus the injuries 😊 moral of the story, rest is sometimes crucial.

Céleste I live on a crazy steep hill but I found a cheap treadmill on FB marketplace and was able to get it running, so I walk on that 😊

I love that! I've been considering reading on my treadmill walks to stack habits. Not sure if I'm coordinated enough for that, lol!

Adding in ~30 min of walking every day has been a game changer for my mental health. I lift first and then take a long slow walk and it really loosens me up and makes me feel so mentally clear afterwards.
